Introducing FD 2026
Ho Chi Minh City Friendship Dialogue
The city's largest international local-level foreign affairs forum, held every two years, is themed "Local Foreign Affairs: A Driving Force for Innovation and Sustainable Growth." This event serves as a strategic platform for Ho Chi Minh City and its sister cities to plan global local-level cooperation frameworks, strengthen friendships, and realize global resources as a driving force for substantive socio-economic development.
